The analysis is either too long or does not finish at all

An analysis should take around 5 minutes long, if it takes too long, there may be a problem.

If during the phase in which the reagent is added it takes too long, check the following:

• Make sure that the Water In tube is not too long. It should not touch the water surface of the beaker.
• Make sure that the Water In tube is not bent and that it falls on the beaker. In case it is bent and is spilling the water out of the beaker, it can cause serious damage to the equipment, and won´t be able to to perform the analysis.
• Check that the reagent has not run out. If the reagent is not added during the analysis, it will not lower the pH and will not complete the analysis.
