Unexpected results and when to expect reliable results

If one or more sensors are not showing values, or are extremly high or low

New sensors

If the sensor is new, it will need some time to show solid results. Normally after 4 or 5 days it should show correct results, but sometimes it will need a second long conditioning to be properly hydrated, and to be sensitive to changes in ionic concentration. So it will take at least 8 to 10 days to show reliable results.

If more than 8 to 10 days have passed and there are still no solid results, delete the previous analysis. In the App go to settings and select the option “Erase aBex analysis memory”.

Sensors older than 6 months

If any sensor is older than 6 months, and had been showing good results, it is possible that it is now failing, check the post about sensors lifespan to know what to do.
