The autoBalance can´t link or found the aBex

Maybe is an incompatibility firmware versions issue. Quizás se trate de un problema de incompatibilidades de versiones del firmware.

First of all check that the cable is connected propertlly in the right position, so that the pins have entered their corresponding hole.

If so and you see that the aBex light is on. Check the version of your autoBalance and the version of the aBex. If it is a new device you will have to go down the autoBalance version until you find the compatible firmware. Start with 2.1.1, then 2.0.1 and finally 1.9.

• 1.0.0 aBex firmware version needs 1.9 autoBalance version
• 1.1.1 or 1.1.0 aBex firmware version needs 2.0.1 autoBalance version
• 1.2.0 aBex firmware version needs 2.1.1 autoBalance version

Once you have successfully linked it, you can upgrade both devices to the latest version. It is very important that you update the aBex firmware first. You should always do this. It is possible that once you update the aBex, you will not be able to connect to it, but as soon as you update the autoBalance they will “understand each other” again and you will be able to connect it again.
